They need practical, outcome-driven training that helps them build and convert pipeline with executives.

But, most sellers don’t have the skills to reframe what status quo is costing their buyers.
Through workshops, keynotes, and my self-paced video course, I teach teams to build and convert pipeline that would otherwise stall at “Let’s revisit this in 6 months.”
Every experience is a working session, where reps apply what they’re learning to real new logo, renewal, and expansion opportunities. No generic theory or academia.
What Can We Expect?
✗ Over-relying on inbound to hit their targets
✗ Sending messages that make prospects feel like a name on a list
✗ Pitching products in discovery before identifying a problem worth solving
✗ Showing up to discovery calls with the same boring list of uninformed questions
✗ Relying on slides to have “a conversation”
✗ Asking the champion to do the heavy lifting of building consensus for change
✗ Assuming everyone who takes their call is a “champion”
Hands-on sessions built around your team’s actual accounts. Reps leave with the work already done.
A memorable talk that keeps everyone engaged – from your new hires to your 30-year veterans.
Self-paced and highly actionable training for individuals or small teams.
Every workshop is tailored to your company. Reps bring real accounts — not empty notebooks — and apply what they’re learning on the spot.

What You’ll Learn:
Investment: $299 USD
Before DemandJen, I carried an individual quota at Corporate Executive Board and The Challenger Sale for 18 years, closing 6 and 7-figure deals with Fortune 500 brands.
Now, I run a sales-training firm trusted by GE, G2, IBM, Bloomberg Industry Group, Instructure, Autodesk, and more.
But for years, I pointed the finger at everyone and everything else when I lost deals to “no decision.”
“I need better pitch decks.”
“Our price is too expensive vs. our competitors.”
“Our solution doesn’t have X and that’s why I lost.”
Then I had a 1:1 with my VP of Sales who stopped me and said:
“Either use this time to complain, or figure out what you can do to address the problem. Because at the end of the year, it’s your number.”
So, I stopped making excuses and started revisiting every assumption and belief I held about how to sell to a CXO.
Now, I help other sellers avoid making the same mistakes I did. Because sales is a skill that anyone can learn — and I love seeing sellers win.
Workshops and keynotes start at $20,000 + T&E. Pricing depends on your specific delivery. Some clients run multiple workshops in one day.
For Prospecting the C-Suite and Building Consensus for Change? Yes. For Status-Quo-Busting Discovery? No. Sending sellers to practice their discovery conversation in a breakout room is “meh” for everyone. That one is best delivered in-person.
2 hours. Anything longer than 2 hours on a Zoom is cruel and unusual punishment.
Reps should have a basic understanding of your company/offer. Don’t make it weird and send someone to this workshop before they’ve received their laptop. But, the thing I’m most proud of is that sellers of ALL tenures learn in these workshops. Old dogs can — and love to — learn new tricks. Especially with jobs-to-be-done like prospecting.
No. My workshops are better suited for companies that are selling into mid-market, commercial, and enterprise accounts, where sellers can use a 1:1 motion for target accounts. If you’re asking reps to send 2000 emails per day, I’m not your gal.
I’d love to say every single person will adopt every single thing they learn and apply it to every single deal. They won’t. But, my clients consistently talk about the longevity of my training.
I’m not asking reps to memorize process steps. I’m not boring them to sleep with mundane, 101-level training. I’m helping them think differently. I’m helping them build new belief systems about their jobs-to-be-done. Change the way reps think = change their actions. And, I speak like a seller. We have fun. And, the reinforcement kits make it easy to embed the learnings into their workflows.
January through March and July are my busiest months because of SKOs. But, other clients have brought me in for in-office QBRs or regional team offsites.
No. My course is my only 1:1 offering. But, I’m happy to recommend other coaches.
